Judith Williams, PsyD, HSPP
Dr. Judith Williams has been practicing clinical psychology in northern Indiana and the surrounding tri-state area for over twenty years, both as a mental health counselor and as a licensed clinical and assessment psychologist. As a cognitive-behavioral and Adlerian therapist, she brings extensive energy, knowledge, compassion, and experience to all aspects of her practice.
Dr. Williams emphasizes evidence-based treatment strategies designed to help people develop self-understanding and make positive changes in their lives. She specializes in a multidimensional approach to cognitive-behavioral therapy proven to alleviate anxiety, depression, and a multitude of mental health stressors. She is certified as a forensic evaluator and conducts various assessments to assist with legal issues, including custody, parenting, police screenings, occupational fitness, competency, and other court-related evaluations. In addition, she is recognized by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as a nationtally certified executive and lifestyle coach.
Dee Couchman, MS, LMFT, LCAC
Dee Couchman is a licensed marriage and family therapist as well as a licensed clinical addictions counselor. She has over seventeen years experience facilitating drug and alcohol support and education groups in both outpatient and residential settings. She conducts anger management groups, relapse prevention groups, and domestic violence awareness groups in private practice and in various community settings. In addition to addiction therapies, Dee is a certifed Gottman method couples therapist and is skilled at providing couples and families with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and specialized techniques to help them improve communication and increase their level of connection and intimacy.
Kylie Lowry, MS, LMFT
Kylie Lowry is a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience in community mental health and private practice. As a therapist, Kylie strives to balance the science and art of psychotherapy to help others overcome life challenges and become their best selves. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy, and clinical hypnosis to promote self-understanding, develop new coping strategies, and aleviate distress. In addition to treating depression and anxiety in individuals and couples, her skills include a specific focus on children and adolescents.
John Newbauer, EdD, HSPP
Dr. John Newbauer is a consulting psychologist who focuses his practice on psychological assessment and it’s application in clinical-counseling and forensic psychology. For more than forty years, Dr. Newbauer has been a clinical-counseling psychologist in community mental health, and also in private practice offering a wide range of services including individual, group and family therapy, psychological assessment and custody evaluations, sexual offender treatment and evaluations, fitness for duty evaluations, psychological screening for police and fire (public safety) personnel, and general psychological consulting and supervision of psychologists, interns and clinical counselors.
Brenda McCavit is responsible for all aspects of office management, including scheduling, insurance, and billing. She earned an Associate Degree in Office Sciences at Northwest State Community College in northwest Ohio.
