Kylie Lowry, MS, LMFT
Kylie Lowry is a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience in community mental health and private practice. As a therapist, Kylie strives to balance the science and art of of psychotherapy to help others overcome life challenges and become their best selves. She is trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy, and clinical hypnosis to promote self-understanding, develop new coping strategies, and aleviate distress. In addition to treating depression and anxiety in adults, individuals, and couples, her skills include a specific focus on children and adolescents.
Education & Training
Kylie graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Toledo and obtained a Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana University. She completed a graduate internship at Park Center in Fort Wayne, where she underwent extensive training in dialectical behavior therapy while working with both groups and individuals. She is certified to practice clinical hypnotherapy, congnitive processing therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy. She holds full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Indiana.
